More quinoa!

Sometimes the easiest lunch to make is using quinoa and greens. Today I whipped up some using chickpeas, tomatoes, and advocados. Delish!

Butterflies

I have a love of butterflies. We have raised monarchs and swallowtails. We winterized a cocoon and today the butterfly was born! So cool and so exciting!! I just love nature!

Trying to get a head start

Tonight I made chickpea burgers. Not too bad! I even tried putting some in the oven and they look pretty good! Now to see how the family likes them. I figure I could put them with a salad, rice, quinoa, or a delicious sandwich.
